Day 14

• Each day, each moment is its own journey and at the same time, its own destination. We would not be where we are today, at this exact place, if not for the journey of yesterday. Where we are tomorrow, depends on the steps we take today. 
  
  
• I think every time I hold a grudge or refuse to accept my mistakes, I'm creating an alternate future for myself. I think when I focus more on the flaws of others and less on my own, I'm setting myself up to be on a journey of hurt and pain and anger. I think when I'm unfocused on the more important things, I'm setting myself for a depressing future; one other than the one I adamantly say I want. 
  
  
• So today, #14, I am grateful to be able to forgive and ask forgiveness. I am grateful to know that I am a flawed person and that that's ok. I am grateful that I hold in my hands the power to erase the ugly future and paint in its place one filled with harmony and peace.
