Day 40

• I found a garden snake in the yard today. I didn't think to take a picture which is why I'm sharing this comic. I'm not especially scared of tiny baby snakes, but I have no love for them either. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  I'd really like to understand what the purpose of snakes is though. I mean, wouldn't our world be just a tad bit nicer if there weren't any snakes? Or roaches, for that matter? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  But if I pause and really think about it, I suppose there must be a purpose to all of these creatures that seem pointless. Just like there's a point to exercising. And eating kale. I realize that just because I don't understand something, doesn't mean there's no benefit to it. Just because I dislike something, doesn't meant there's no higher purpose behind it.
  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
